17 distinctive shopping centres across Denmark are owned by ATP Real Estate and Danica Pension in the newly established joint venture company Danske Shoppingcentre.

The portfolio includes some of the largest and best situated centres in the country covering an area of 500,000 sqm and a total of approx. 1,150 shop leases. With more than 70 million customers and an overall market share of 24 % Danske Shoppingcentre is the largest investor in centres in the market, and the company's goal is to maintain ownership and continue development of the best centres in Denmark.
