    SlotsArkaderne is, as the name indicates, a shopping centre with arcades. The centre has been built into – and under – a street in Hillerød and is a totally integrated part of the shopping area in Hillerød.

    For many years, the centre has had a solid position in the market with an increase in both turnover and the number of customers. This success is due to a strong combination of fashion shops and brands but also to the Bilka hypermarket in the middle of the centre.

    The almost royal name, SlotsArkaderne, is a reference to the castle in Hillerød, "Frederiksborg Slot", which is classified as a royal castle built by King Frederik II of Denmark.

    Inauguration of new youth housing and shopping areas in SlotsArkader

    After almost one year of construction work, SlotsArkaderne opens its doors to a brand new shopping area. Space has been created to make way for a new H&M on two floors and 13 units of attractive youth housing, following a merger with the neighbouring property.
